Welcome to the fourth newsletter from Agurotech! In this edition, we update you on the latest insights, recently rolled out features, practical tips for using our technology and trade shows where we are attending with our team.
Newly rolled out features in the app
We continue to continuously improve our solutions, listen to customer requests and regularly add new features to make your experience with Agurotech even better. The latest release includes:
- Manage your account: Customize farm names directly in the app and instantly view the last known location of inactive sensors
- Manage registrations: Edit irrigation registrations with one tap – modify or delete them
- Custom rainfall graphs: View today’s data clearly and compare actual precipitation with the forecast via enhanced tooltips (for weather station users)
- Receive notifications: Get notifications when crop temperatures exceed 40°C (for crop temperature sensor users).
Soil moisture via satellites LIVE
Back in July we announced that this feature was coming and now it is here: Satellite Moisture Maps are live and available to all users! This allows you to see the moisture distribution in your plots with satellite data.
Same color coding as Agurotech bandwidths (green = optimal → red = too dry) Automatically updated with new satellite images (cloud cover may delay, last update date is always listed) Immediately visible in your crop overview Included by default in your subscription, at no extra cost
Agurotech Referral Program
In May, we launched the Agurotech Referral Program. By now, many of you have already participated and helped fellow growers get started with Agurotech technology. Because peer recommendations are often the most powerful way to spread use of new technology, we’d like to briefly remind you of the benefits.
Here’s how it works:
- You earn €50 credit for each device purchased by a customer you bring in
- The new customer gets €50 discount per device purchased through your code
- You can use the credit for your subscription bills or future purchases
