Real-time field data for better growing decisions
Get real-time insights into your soil, weather and crops. Make better decisions about irrigation, spraying and crop management.
“Since I started using the sensors, the crop quality has been much more consistent — they pay for themselves within a single season. I used to irrigate on a fixed schedule, but now I know exactly which field really needs water — and you can clearly see the difference in the quality.”
Karsjan van Kempen
CJP van Kempen
"Before I started working with sensors, I was worried about an overload of data that wouldn't be useful. Agurotech provides very concrete, practical advice."
Jos Keijbets
Keijbets arable farming company
“Before, it was a matter of guesswork. Now I know exactly which fields are wet and which are dry — and you can see it in the quality of the fruit. I expected a normal yield, but it ended up being about 37% higher, mainly because the sensors helped me water at the right time.”

“You get quick answers to all your questions, whether it concerns sensors, the weather station or advice.”

“All our land is our own, so we know our fields well. But even then, the sensor adds that extra layer of value. You often think it’s drier than it actually is — the sensor clearly showed there was still enough moisture. Without it, we would definitely have irrigated too early.”
Hans Haasken
Maatschap Haasken
“The biggest benefit comes when you realise you don’t need to irrigate — these sensors pay for themselves with just one saved round. We used to irrigate too often, based on gut feeling. Now we can clearly justify when it’s really needed. The data matches what you see in the field — you drill a hole, put the sensor in, and it works.”
Sven Hoogland
Loonbedrijf Hoogland Vof
“Without the Agurotech sensor we would have irrigated more often than necessary. It clearly shows when irrigation is actually needed."
Pieter Tromp
Akkerbouwbedrijf Tromp
“One skipped irrigation or spray round and the sensor has already paid for itself. We cultivate so many hectares that proper planning is essential. With the weather forecasts included, you can think ahead and decide which fields take priority — that saves a lot of stress. I’ve bought five more in recent years, and that says it all.”
Almar de Bont
Maatschap de Bont
“It’s a pleasure to have all your plots in the app and continuously monitor how things are going. The sensors showed that some fields didn’t need irrigation — without them, I would have watered them anyway.”
Joost van Diepen
Van Diepen Bloembollen
"The app provides clear insights into soil moisture and forecasts. It helps me plan irrigation much more precisely.”"

What our customers say about our solutions
At our company, we strive to achieve maximum yield with minimal input. Agurotech’s solution supports us in this by providing clear insight into the soil’s water supply and indicating exactly what actions are needed and when, to keep our crops growing optimally. The sensors are easy to install and provide real-time measurements throughout the growing season, allowing me to make the right decisions at the right time for the best results.

"It's a joy to have all your plots in the app and constantly check how things are going. The sensors showed that some fields didn't need irrigation - without the sensors I would have sprayed them anyway."
Joost van Diepen
Van Diepen Bloembollen
"Without the Agurotech sensor, we would have irrigated twice as often and used more water than necessary. It's a practical tool - it helps us see if irrigation is really necessary or if we can wait another day. That's often where the savings come from."

Agurotech’s solution provides clear and real-time insight into the moisture content on different plots. You can view all measurements from the app and you no longer have to physically check plots continuously, saving time and effort. It gives a nice insight into what is happening in the soil. At the end of the season, for example when tulips are ripening, it’s nice to see how much moisture is still in the soil and whether the crop is still absorbing moisture. This allows you to make a reasonable estimate of whether the crop is too wet or too dry so that you can make adjustments in time to prevent problems, such as fusarium, but also to generate sufficient bulb growth. In this way you can ensure in real time that your crops remain vital and healthy until the end of the season and problems in the shed are a bit more manageable.
