This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the Agurotech Monitoring & Decision Support System, including the Agurotech mobile and web applications, algorithms, dashboards, decision-support features, and all associated software (“Software”). By creating an account, logging in, or using the Software, the user (“End User”) accepts and agrees to be bound by this EULA.

Agurotech grants the End User a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Software solely for internal agricultural operations.

The End User shall not:

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain exclusively with Agurotech.

The End User is responsible for:

Agurotech is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from user input, installation errors, or misuse.

Agurotech may implement updates, upgrades, and maintenance at any time. Some updates may affect functionality or performance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All outputs (including alerts, indices, recommendations, visualisations, and algorithms) are decision support only. They do not constitute agronomic, irrigation, or fertilisation advice.

The End User is solely responsible for all agronomic decisions.

Data processing is governed by the Agurotech Privacy Policy. The End User grants Agurotech the right to process data for the delivery of the Software and improvements.

The Software is provided on a best-effort basis. Agurotech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Agurotech may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

Upon termination, the licence immediately ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agurotech’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months. Agurotech is not liable for crop loss, yield impact, indirect damage, or decisions based on Software outputs.

This EULA is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
